It is newly remodeled and centrally located in a great, quiet neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown & Broadway, 10 minutes from Green Hills & 12 South, 15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Franklin, & a mile from the zoo. Private, gated driveway, pet-friendly with a large fenced yard, smart TV's, & modern hotel-like amenities.

-kitchen fully equipped with cookware, dishware, keurig, and k-cups
-4 bedrooms - two with king beds, one with a queen bed, and one with 2 twin bunk beds
-the master suite contains the master room, laundry room, en suite full bathroom with double sinks, and the twin bunk room (sliding barn door separates the room)
-2 full bathrooms - one in the master suite and the other off the kitchen and near the other bedrooms
-2 smart tv’s - one in each king bedroom
-washer & dryer available for guest use

-fresh bed linens provided We’ll provide towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.
-each full bathroom has a hair dryer and makeup washcloths
-the laundry room has one steamer, iron & ironing board that is attached to the back of the door
-we also provide an *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee, if you need more, you can stock up from the grocery store
